I've picked up three loaves so far, and every single one has been absolute perfection. The crust, the crumb, and the flavor easily rival high-end gourmet artisan bakeries. It's rare to find this level of quality and consistency in a small business. 2 slices daily with butter are now a staple at our table!
Some of the best sourdough I've had! Perfect for sandwiches, clam chowder, and pretty much anything. Can't wait for the next batch and to try the chocolate sourdough!
Even our 10month old baby likes Kirsten's sourdough bread! The loaf tastes so good, not too sour. Crust is very crispy but not tough. Inside is moist and chewy. Very well balanced! Also we love the acacia scent of aroma in this bread. You should try it. You wont regret it. We just got the bread yesterday and already ate almost all of it. We are definitely going to order more soon.
I loved my Rustic Sourdough!! The outside had that perfect crunch and the inside was airy and fluffy! I love that it's baked with simple, clean ingredients too! ...Maybe got a little excited and bit straight into it before cutting like a normal person. All to say, I will be ordering again soon ❤️
Soft and and crusty on the outside. Perfectly shaped and not too sweet! Versatile with whatever you eat sourdough with!
